As my family decided that I stay here at Tayabas permanently, I am interested to avail of a row house unit at Lumina with model Airene. Possible kaya na mag pareserve na ako this month pero sa december ko na umpisahan ang payment ko ng equity? Dapat ba makatapos muna ako ng payment ng downpayment bago mabigyan ng permit to transfer? Ang aking cp number ay 09955892300 or 09955899349. May nakausap na ako na legitimate daw siyang agent ng lumina homes pero suggestion niya na magpa reserve na ako to avail sa Phase II. Kaso sa December or early next year na ako magsimula ng payment ko. Please advise me, Maàm.
